At Adam's Polishes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
